Dr. Patricia Leigh is considered a thought leader in the area of brain-based treatments to heal ADHD, head injury, and anxiety. Dr. Leigh has been practicing since 1995 and is trained in 2 Ph.D. areas; Child Language Development and Disorders and Cognitive Science. Dr. Leigh uses this training to help children and adults to improve their brain functioning to achieve their goals at school, work, and at play.

Dr. Leigh has earned 4 college graduate degrees, including a Masters in Educational Leadership, to help families navigate the intricacies of their child’s school experience to get the most out of school academically and socially.

Dr. Leigh is originally from Buffalo, NY and was made a Visiting Scholar in the Neuroscience Department at UNC-Chapel Hill upon her arrival in the Chapel Hill, NC area. She is also an adjunct Professor in the School of Medicine.

Unlike many doctors, Dr. Leigh is a skilled clinician, scientist, educator, and professional presenter. She is actively involved in helping families in her office, researching and writing on the subjects of neurological regulation, and is a professional presenter in her area of expertise.

In her leisure time, Dr. Leigh relaxes and has fun with her husband and 6 children, loves to read, do yoga, and just chill with friends on the porch.

Dr. Cosmas Leigh is a pioneer in the area of Spinal Decompression to treat spinal stenosis, herniated discs, bulging discs, and disc degeneration. Dr. Leigh was the first in his region to include the state-of-the-art DRX 9000c Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression system to his practice. Originally hailing from Dublin Ireland, Dr. Leigh made his way to North Carolina via Buffalo, NY where he went to Chiropractic College and trained under world-class Chiropractic Physicians. Dr. Leigh is skilled in treating children and adults using a wide variety of clinical methods and techniques in which he has received advanced training.

Dr. Cosmas Leigh has been practicing since 1995 and has been in his Chapel Hill, NC office since 2013 when his wife convinced him to leave the cold winters of Buffalo, NY.

Nutrition is a very important aspect of being well and Dr. Leigh is highly trained in the area, recently earning DACBI certification in Food Sensitivity blood testing and gut repair.

In his free time, Dr. Cosmas Leigh is an avid golfer and is found on the golf course each weekend. He enjoys gardening and working in the yard, and spends time relaxing with friends and family.
